Is it your desire to earn rewards in heaven? Jesus said, “You fed me when you fed the least…”. We are a Christian family of very small means who have begun a food pantry in Elizabethton, Tennessee, very near the Appalachian Mountains. We did not do this to feed ourselves…we do not take from the food in our pantry. The food is given to us, as an agency, through a free USDA distribution. We go to collect the food allowed to our pantry the first and third Wednesday of every month.

The people who live around and near us are pretty poor, as the nation goes. They often go without food or have very little. They ask nearby churches for help and the Pastors call us.

We most often put together food boxes and take it to them at our own expense. We feel blessed to do this, however, it gets expensive for us in gas. We do lots of paperwork to get and distribute this food.

If you have the means to do so, we would really appreciate your assistance by sending us monetary donations. Any amount will help. We are the only pantry on call and ready at any time to take food to these needy families. Your help will be seen by God and will be rewarded in heaven.
